게임은 기호에 따라 다르게 진행할 수 있습니다. 캠페인 게임에는 몇 시간의 인내심과 치열한 전투가 필요할 것이다. “프리스타일” 경기는 30분도 걸리지 않을 수 있습니다!
캠페인 모드는 클랜 “관리 시뮬레이터”로 접힌 도시 건설자, 근로자 배치 게임이다. 여러분 일족의 역사적인 다이묘(두목)로 플레이하며, 리테이너, 전설의 아이템, 그리고 그의 성이나 영지에 추가된 아름다운 것들을 가지고 정상에 오르세요!
닌자를 고용하고, 총을 수입하고, 심지어 기독교인들과 거래하는 악랄한 짓을 하라! 다른 씨족을 지배하거나 수단과 방법을 가리지 말고 더 나은 씨족이 되라!
캠페인 모드는 현재 “save points”가 계획되어 있으므로 더 짧은 플레이 세션을 원할 경우 그룹으로 게임에 복귀할 수 있습니다.

배틀 모드는 작지만 번드르르한 갑판 제작 기계공으로 시작되며 플레이어는 12개의 카드로 구성된 군대를 모집한다. 각각의 “unit” 카드는 사무라이와 아시가루의 유닛을 나타냅니다.
다른 클랜과 싸우는 것은 이 군대를 전장으로 데려가거나 포위전에 돌입시켜 유닛의 위치, 강점, 리더의 명령을 조합한 "배틀 모드" 게임을 하는 것과 관련이 있다. 봉건시대 일본에는 장군으로서 탐험해야 할 수백 가지의 군대가 있다.

다이묘: 배틀 포 재팬은 진정한 플레이어 제거 메카닉이 없다. 다이묘와 그의 후계자가 죽으면 플레이어는 &ldquo가 된다.로닌” 또는 주인 없는 사무라이는 도적질에 가담하여 새로운 비대칭 능력으로 게임의 최종 결과에 영향을 미칠 수 있다.

Daimyo: Battle For Japan is a boxed, 1-6 player game set during "The Warring Period" of Feudal Japan's history.
The game can be played differently depending on your preference. Campaign games will take several hours of patient scheming and intense warfare. “Freestyle” game may take less than half an hour!
The Campaign mode is a city builder, worker placement game that has been folded with a clan “management simulator”. Playing as the historical Daimyo (head) of your clan, rise to the top with Retainers, Legendary items and beautiful additions to his castle or domain!
Be nefarious by hiring Ninja, importing guns or even trading with Christians! Dominate the other clans or become their better by any means necessary!
The Campaign mode is currently planned to have “save points” so you can come back to the game as a group if you desired a shorter play session.

The Battle mode starts with a small but slick deck builder mechanic where the player recruits an army of 12 cards. Each “unit” card representing units of Samurai and Ashigaru.
Battling another clan involves taking this army into the field or into a siege and playing a "battle mode" game that combines your units positioning, strengths and your leader's orders to win in modified "highest roll value" dice combats. There are hundreds of combinations of army to explore as a General in Feudal Japan.

Daimyo: Battle For Japan has no “true” player elimination mechanic. If the Daimyo and his Heir are killed then the player becomes a “Ronin”, or master-less Samurai, who can engage in banditry and still influence the game’s end result with new asymmetrical abilities.
