겐소쿄에는 하루가 멀다 하고 의문의 사건들이 터지고 있다. 더군다나, 이 사건들은 이전에 일어났던 사건들로부터 합성된 것으로 보입니다.

하쿠레이 신사의 신사인 하쿠레이 라이무와 그의 친구인 마술사 기리사메 마리사는 평소처럼 사건의 원인을 조사하기 시작했다.

듣자 하니 조사를 시작한 다른 주민들이 있는데, 그들보다 먼저 해결했다고 자랑할 수 있었으면 좋겠다. 하지만 누가 이 사건을 해결하는데 가장 성공할까?

투우밤레터 - 토도케 단마쿠!는 기본 러브레터를 담고 있지만, 3종류의 새로운 카드 도입을 통해 새로운 반전을 더하고 있다.

첫째, 프린세스 카드는 각각의 고유한 조건을 가진 소위 '보스 카드'로 불리는 사건의 선동자로 대체될 수 있다. 또한 일반적인 카드 세트에 자체 효과로 바꾸거나 추가하는 데 사용할 수 있는 카드가 있습니다.

다음으로 Touhou Project 게임의 주인공들이 등장하는 플레이어 카드가 있습니다. 그들은 각각 폭탄 토큰을 사용하기 위해 써야 하는 각기 다른 능력을 가지고 있으며, 라운드마다 다른 조건을 충족시킴으로써 그것들을 얻는다.

마지막으로, 기본 점수를 매기기 보다는 스코어 카드 덱에서 추첨하여 게임이 끝날 때 계산될 6개의 스테이지 모두에서 비밀 총계를 계산할 수 있다.

Day after day, Gensokyo has been hit by mysterious incidents. What's more, these incidents seem to be composited from those that had occurred before.

The shrine maiden of Hakurei Shrine, Hakurei Reimu, and her friend, the magician Kirisame Marisa, began to investigate the cause of the incident as usual.

Apparently, there are other residents who have begun their investigations, and they would like to be able to boast about having solved it before them. But who will have the most success in solving this incident?

Touhou Bomb Letter - Todoke Danmaku! contains the base Love Letter, but also adds some new twists through the introduction of 3 new types of cards.

Firstly, the Princess card can be replaced by the instigator of the incident, aka the Boss cards, each with their unique conditions. There are also cards you can use to replace or add to the typical card set with their own effects.

Next, there are Player cards featuring the protagonists of the Touhou Project games. They each have different abilities which they must spend bomb tokens to use, and earn them by fulfilling different conditions in each round.

Finally, rather than scoring basic points, players can instead draw from the Score card deck, and count up their secret totals across all 6 stages that will be counted at the end of the game.
