돈솔은 54장의 표준 카드 포커 덱을 사용하여 던전의 방을 탐험하는 간단한 카드 게임입니다. 2015년 트레인 잼을 위해 존 이터널이 디자인했다.

클럽, 스페이드, 조커스는 괴물, 하트는 물약, 다이아몬드는 방패 역할을 합니다. 레드 넘버 카드는 액면가가 11에 해당하는 로열과 에이스가 있다. 블랙 넘버 카드도 액면가를 가지고 있는데, 잭이 11점, 퀸이 13점, 킹이 15점, 에이스가 17점, 조커가 21점이다.

던전의 방은 4인 1조로 카드를 배치하여 만듭니다. 4장의 던전 카드 중 3장의 던전 카드가 재생되면 4장의 던전 카드를 모두 재생하거나 다른 방으로 패스하면 진행이 가능하다. 그 후 새 방을 위해 4장의 카드가 더 지급된다. 룸 전체를 필요한 횟수만큼 재설정할 수 있지만 연속해서 두 번 재설정할 수는 없습니다.

실드는 몬스터로부터 내림차순으로 방어할 수 있으며, 장착된 실드를 초과하는 몬스터 값으로 플레이어에게 피해를 입힐 수 있다. 방패는 이전 몬스터와 동등하거나 더 큰 가치를 지닌 몬스터를 공격하기 위해 사용될 경우 부서집니다. 방패 없이 몬스터를 공격하면 몬스터의 공격 가치를 충분히 얻을 수 있는 체력이 고갈된다. 최대 시작값인 21까지 생명력을 높이기 위해 건강 물약을 사용할 수 있다. 두 번째 물약을 연속으로 치면 두 번째 물약의 효과가 무효화된다.

게임은 생명점이 0점에 도달하거나 플레이어가 모든 몬스터를 성공적으로 무찌르고 살아서 던전을 빠져나오면 종료된다.

Donsol is a simple solitaire card game where you are tasked with exploring the rooms of a dungeon using a standard 54-card poker deck. It was designed by John Eternal for Train Jam 2015.

Clubs, Spades, and Jokers serve as monsters, hearts as potions, and diamonds as shields. Red numbered cards possess their face value with royals and aces equaling 11. Black numbered cards also possess their face value with Jack at 11, Queen at 13, King at 15, Ace at 17, and Jokers equal to 21.

The rooms of the dungeon are created by laying out cards in groups of four. Progress is made by playing all four dungeon cards or passing to another room when three of the four dungeon cards have been played. Four more cards are then dealt for the new room. Rooms can be reset in their entirety as many times as needed but never twice in a row.

Shields may be equipped to defend against monsters in descending order of their value with damage being dealt to the player for monster values in excess of the equipped shield. The shield breaks if it is used to attack a monster of equal or greater value than the previous monster. Attacking a monster without a shield depletes the players health for the full attack value of the monster. Health potions may be used to increase life points up to the maximum starting value of 21. Playing a second potion in succession nullifies the effect of the second potion.

The game ends when life points reach zero or the player has successfully slayed all monsters and exited the dungeon alive.
