세계평의회(World Council)는 대부분 알려지지 않은 비밀 위원회이다. 그들은 우리 세계의 정책을 결정하기 위해 세계 여러 나라의 지도자들을 모읍니다. 그것의 주요 목적은 평화를 유지하고, 사회와 경제 발전을 촉진하며, 세계가 인류에게 지속 가능하게 하는 것이다. 하지만 결과는 항상 대가가 따르기 마련이고, 전반적인 복지를 위한 발전 또한 다가오는 최후의 날을 촉진할 수 있다. 의원들이 더 나은 미래를 위해 협력할 수 있을까요?

세계평의회(World Council)는 3명에서 8명의 플레이어가 참여하는 전략적인 보드게임이다. 당신은 "의 국가 지도자 중 한 명입니다.세계평의회. 모든 플레이어들은 자신의 국가 카드에 의해 결정되는 목표를 성취하기 위해 가장 먼저 노력하며, 다른 지도자들의 야망은 물론 세계의 종말을 막는다. 플레이어는 게임에서 승리하기 위해 자신의 나라와 스쿼의 목표를 달성한다.

각 플레이어는 다음과 같은 국가 카드(초강대국, 전체주의 국가, 선진국, 개발도상국, 섬나라)로 게임을 시작한다.

둠스데이 카드는 4가지 유형의 둠스데이(세계 대전 지수, 기아 지수, 지구 온난화 지수, 가뭄 지수)의 근접성을 제시하기 위해 사용된다. 행동 카드는 의원들이 국가를 위해 이익을 얻을 수 있는 전략을 제공한다. 빌딩 카드는 건설에 자원이 필요하지만, 자국에 자원이나 전략적 우위를 제공할 수 있으며, 일부 빌딩의 건설도 승리 목표의 일부가 될 수 있다. 모든 카드는 왼쪽 상단에 다른 건물의 건축 비용을 지불하는 데 사용할 수 있는 천연 자원 값이 있습니다. 천연자원을 이용하면 둠스데이 지수가 상승하겠지만 건축자원이 제공하는 자원은 상승하지 않는다.

다른 플레이어들로부터 오는 긴장과 갈등에 대비하세요. 그들이 언제 동맹이 될지, 당신의 적이 될지 모릅니다. 각각의 게임은 빠르고 간단할 것이지만, 항상 다른 경험을 할 것입니다!

The World Council is a secret committee unknown to most. They gather leaders from various countries in the globe to determine policy of our world. Its main objectives is maintaining peace, fostering social and economic development, and make sure the world is sustainable for mankind. However, result always comes with a price, the development for the general well-being can also foster the coming Doomsday. Can councilors work together for a better future?

The World Council is a strategic board game for 3 to 8 players. You are one of the country leaders in "The World Council". All players strive to be the first to achieve their countries’ objectives, which determined by their country cards, while preventing the ambition of other leaders, as well as, the end of the world. Player achieves his country’s objectives to win the game.

Each player begins the game with one of the following country cards (Super Power, Totalitarian State, Developed Country, Developing Country, Island Country) which give them different countries’ objectives and an uneven number of hands depends on which country you started with.

Doomsday Cards are used to Presents the closeness of 4 types of Doomsday (World War Index, Starvation index, Global Warming Index, Drought Index). Action Cards provide strategy for Councilors to gain advantage for their country. Building Cards need Resources to construct, but they can also provide Resources or even strategic superiority for their countries and construction of some buildings could also be a part of the objectives to win. Every card have a natural resources value showed on the upper left which can be used to pay building cost of other building. Using natural resources will cause the rise of Doomsday Index, but Resources provided by building will not.

Prepare for the tension and conflict coming from the other players, you will never know when will they be ally or your foe. Each game will be quick and simple, but always a different experience!
