서기 939년 스페인에서 무어인들과 기독교인들 사이의 전투를 주제로 한 두 명의 플레이어를 위한 카드 게임입니다. 기독교 세력은 레온 왕국, 나바라 왕국, 카스틸 왕국 간의 동맹이다. 무어인들은 10만 명의 군대와 함께 산악지대 북쪽을 공격하고 있습니다. 일식이 진행되는 3일 동안 기독교 군대는 침략자들을 완전히 파괴한다. 한 명은 기독교인이고 다른 한 명은 무어인이다.

플레이어들은 독특한 공통 덱을 공유합니다. 카드는 리더, 척후병, 기병, 보병, 지형, 전략, 무기 등 7가지 종류가 있다. 카드의 힘 값은 1에서 5 사이이며 특수 효과도 있을 수 있습니다. 어떤 카드들은 한쪽이나 다른쪽에서 사용될 수 있다.

플레이는 여러 차례에 걸쳐 진행되며, 각 턴은 5단계로 구성된다.

1. 운명의 단계
- 각 플레이어에게는 9장의 카드가 지급됩니다.

2. 예비 단계
- 각 플레이어는 최대 4장의 카드를 폐기하고 대체 카드를 추첨할 수 있습니다.

3. 전략 단계
- 무슬림 플레이어부터 시작해서 전략적인 효과를 얻기 위해 각 플레이어가 하나의 카드를 폐기할 수 있다.
• Leader 카드를 폐기하여 3장의 카드를 뽑고 2장의 카드를 폐기합니다.
• Strategy 카드를 폐기하고 다음 5장의 카드를 한 장 보관합니다.
• 지형 카드를 폐기하여 2장의 카드를 뽑습니다.
• 기병 카드를 버리고 카드를 뽑고 상대의 손을 봅니다.
• 척후병 카드를 폐기하여 상대가 손에 있는 임의의 카드를 폐기하도록 합니다.
• 폐기 더미에서 기병, 척후병 또는 보병 카드를 검색하여 손에 쥐십시오.

4. 전투 단계
- 무슬림 선수부터 시작해서, 플레이어들은 한 장의 카드를 손으로 위로 향하게 하거나 전술적인 효과를 위해 한 장의 카드를 버린다.
• 배치된 보병을 파괴하기 위해 척후병을 버림
• 배치된 척후병을 파괴하기 위해 기병 처치
• 전략 카드를 폐기하여 1장의 카드를 뽑고 상대의 손을 바라봅니다.
• 보병 한 명을 버리고 배치된 지형을 파괴하십시오.
• 배치된 기병대를 파괴하기 위해 지형을 버립니다.
• 지시선을 버리고 카드 2장 뽑기
• 무기를 버리고 다른 무기를 파괴하십시오.
- 힘 값이 클수록 손을 잡습니다. 동점일 경우 두 선수 모두 이기지 못합니다.

5. 후퇴 단계
- 두 선수 모두 손에 쥔 카드가 모두 폐기된다.

A card game for 2 players themed on the battle between the Moors and Christians in Spain in 939 A.D. The Christian forces are an alliance between the Kingdoms of Leon, Navarre, and Castille. The Moors are attacking the mountainous north with an army of 100,000 men. In 3 days and during a solar eclipse the outnumbered Christian Army utterly destroys the invaders. One player is the Christians, the other is the Moors.

Players share a unique common deck. Cards are of 7 different types: Leader, Skirmisher, Cavalry, Infantry, Terrain, Strategy and Weapons. Cards have a force value between 1 and 5 and may also have special effects. Some cards can ony be used by one side or the other.

Play is conducted over a number of turns with each turn comprising 5 phases.

1. Fate Phase
- Each player is dealt 9 cards.

2. Reserve Phase
- Each player may discard up to 4 cards and draw replacements.

3. Strategy Phase
- Starting with the Muslim player each player may discard one card to get its strategic effect:
• Discard a Leader card to draw 3 cards and discard any 2.
• Discard a Strategy card to look at the next 5 cards in the deck and keep one.
• Discard a Terrain card to draw 2 cards.
• Discard a Cavalry card to draw a card and look at your opponent’s hand.
• Discard a Skirmisher card to cause your opponent to discard a random card from his hand
• Discard a Weapon card search for a Cavalry, Skirmisher, or Infantry card in the discard pile and put it in your hand.

4. Battle Phase
- Starting with the Muslim player, players take turns either placing one card down face up from their hand to the table for its force value or discarding one card for its tactical effect:
• Discard a Skirmisher to destroy a placed Infantry
• Discard a Cavalry to destroy a placed Skirmisher
• Discard a Strategy card to draw 1 card and look at your opponent’s hand
• Discard an Infantry to destroy a placed Terrain
• Discard a Terrain to destroy a placed Cavalry
• Discard a Leader to draw 2 cards
• Discard a Weapon to destroy another placed Weapon
- The higher force value wins the hand. In case of a tie, neither player wins.

5. Retreat Phase
- Both players discard all remaining cards in their hands.
