콜 오브 더 루나린은 글롬헤이븐의 아이작 칠드레스가 협업하여 만든 확장 투 알더 퀘스트이다. 여기에는 캠페인 플레이를 위한 영웅 업그레이드 카드와 함께 플레이 가능한 영웅 라이슨 파인즈가 추가되었다. 또한 늑대인간, 팩마스터, 문 어린이 미니어처와 함께 위협 카드와 루커 카드를 포함한 60개의 새로운 카드를 추가했다.
이 확장은 킥스타터 캠페인의 알터 퀘스트 스트레치 골 박스에 포함되었다.

Call of the Lunarin is an Expansion to Altar Quest designed with the collaboration of Isaac Childres from Gloomhaven. It adds an additional playable hero : Leyson Pines, with its associated hero upgrade cards for campaign play. It also adds werewolves, packmasters and Moon children miniatures along with a deck of 60 new cards including threat cards and lurker cards.
This expansion was included in Altar Quest Stretch goals box from the associated Kickstarter campaign.
