맨 오브 워 - 솔리테어 택티컬 북 워 게임(Men of War - Solitaire Tactical Book Wargame)은 현대의 저강도 분쟁에 초점을 맞춘 맨 오브 워 게임 모듈을 위한 올드 스쿨 헥스 및 카운터 택티컬 워 게임 시스템이다. 맨 오브 워(Men of War)는 보병 중심의 게임으로, 주로 팀과 분대를 기반으로 한 포메이션을 모방하는 것을 목표로 한다보병 훈련과 전투에 대한 "총격-이동-통신" 교리. 축척은 전술 수준에 있으며 각 육각 격자는 수 미터를 나타내고 회전은 약 5분을 나타낸다. 각 카운터는 소방대, 개별 지도자 및 분대 무기로 확인된 보병 부대입니다. 게임 플레이는 플레이어가 기동하는 다양한 지형을 가진 육각형 지도에서 발생한다. 주사위와 마커를 제외한 세 게임을 모두 하는 데 필요한 모든 것이 이 책에 포함되어 있다. 플레이어는 적어도 하나의 D10과 하나의 D6 주사위가 필요합니다. 보너스 미션 4개, 헥스맵 12개(엑스트라 포함 각 모듈 x4개), 모든 유닛 카운터, 마커, 미션 시트, 차트, 플레이어 보조 도구 등 총 34개의 미션/시나리오가 포함되어 있다. 플레이어는 미션 시트에서 문자와 숫자로 표시된 단위를 맵에 직접 표시하고, 기호 표시를 사용하여 움직임을 추적한다. 바람직하게는, 플레이어는 전통적인 워게임 카운터로 사용하기 위해 절단 및 장착이 가능한 포함된 카운터 시트를 사용할 수 있다.

The Men of War - Solitaire Tactical Book Wargame is an old-school hex and counter tactical wargaming system for the Men of War game modules focusing on modern low-intensity conflicts. Men of War is an infantry-centric game that aims to mimic the nuances of modern small units, leadership, fire, and maneuver, primarily team and squad-based formations with emphasis on the “Shoot-Move-Communicate” doctrine of infantry training and combat. The scale is at the tactical level with each hex grid representing a few meters and turns representing approximately five minutes. Each counter is an infantry unit identified as a Fireteam, individual leaders, and squad weapons. Gameplay occurs in hexagonal maps with varied terrain where the player maneuvers units. Everything needed to play all three games is included in this book minus the dice and a marker. Players will need at least one D10 and one D6 dice. A total of 34 missions/scenarios including 4 Bonus Missions, 12 hex-maps (x4 Each Module with extras), all unit counters, markers, mission sheets, charts, and player aids are included. Players mark units represented by letters and numbers from a Mission Sheet directly onto the map, and track movement using symbolic marks. Preferably, the player may use the included counter sheet which can be cut and mounted to be used as traditional wargame counters.

Players control Rhodesian security forces attempting to eradicate an ever-threatening insurgency backed by communist superpowers. A dynamic enemy artificial intelligence bot keeps players guessing enemy disposition on every turn.

Indochina 1946-1954-French Foreign Legion
The player controls infantry, paratroopers and ad hoc German WWII veteran units from the famed French Foreign Legion. Fighting a desperate low low-intensity and brutal war against the Viet Minh; a disciplined and dedicated communist insurgency. Foreign Legion units must navigate and engage a cunning enemy over difficult terrain in ten historically inspired missions.

Central America, Nicaragua 1979-1990-Contras
In this third module of the Men of War Solitaire Tactical Wargame Book series, players switch roles and play as the CONTRA insurgents backed by the United States government against the Nicaraguan FSLN. This module continues the series providing players with small-unit tactical combat in situations where planning and patrolling are just as important as reaching objectives and fulfilling victory conditions.
