베른은 7세 이상의 2-4명의 플레이어와 플레이하며, 4명의 플레이어가 이상적입니다. 베른의 게임은 보통 1-2시간 정도 지속되지만, 특히 전략적인 게임은 더 길어질 수 있다.

가장 기본적인 수준의 베른이 주사위 굴리기, 동전 교환, 카드 뽑기 등으로 진행되는 반면, 베른은 플레이어 간 발생할 수 있는 복잡한 상호작용을 이해하고 활용할 때 진정으로 빛난다.

Traverse an immersive world with various shires and kingdoms. Acquire gold pieces to build your wealth and expand your empire. Fight against opponents in high-stakes battles with wagers on the line. Discover items and equipment to gain an advantage on your journey. Utilize magical spells with immensely powerful and unique effects. Encounter and slay savage beasts, taking their treasure for yourself.

Verne is played with 2–4 players aged 7+, with 4 players being ideal. A game of Verne typically lasts between 1-2 hours, however, particularly strategic games may be longer.

While Verne at its most basic level is played by rolling dice, exchanging coins, and drawing cards, Verne truly shines when players understand and take advantage of the complex interactions that can arise between players.

The goal of Verne is to obtain Quest Points, or QP. Quest Points are awarded to players for completing objectives, called Quests. Some QP can be gained or lost throughout the game, and multiple players can earn QP for the same Quest. The game ends when a player runs out of capital, or the timer set by the game group finishes.
