플레이어는 패턴 카드와 실 카드로 게임을 시작합니다. 턴 순서는 1. 뜨개질(시간 카드 전진) 2.로 구성된다. Yarn 상점에서 Yarn 카드 그리기 또는 추가 패턴 카드 선택 3. 주조 방식(회전당 하나의 패턴만) 4. Yarn 상점을 다시 채우십시오. *커뮤니티 카드의 가격은 5개이며 플레이어가 턴을 하는 동안 언제든지 구입하거나 사용할 수 있습니다. 커뮤니티 데크는 작업 카드와 비밀 포인트로 채워집니다.

패턴 카드는 실과 시간이 모두 필요합니다. Yarn Store에서 Yarn 카드를 수집하여 패턴에 적합한 Yarn 카드가 있을 때 Cast-On(시간) 카드와 함께 테이블에 올려 'Cast-On'하십시오. 그 이후 라운드마다 프로젝트가 일주일씩 앞당겨집니다. 시간 요구사항이 충족되면 FO(완료 객체) 포인트를 추적할 수 있도록 실 카드를 버리고 패턴 카드를 '차단 매트'로 이동합니다. 각 플레이어는 4개의 캐스트온 카드로 시작하며, 주어진 시간에 최대 4개의 활성 프로젝트를 진행할 수 있습니다.

Players start the game with pattern cards and yarn cards. Turn order consists of 1. Knitting (advancing time card) 2. Drawing Yarn Cards from the Yarn Store or Choosing additional Pattern Cards 3. Casting-On (only one pattern per turn) 4. Restock the Yarn Store. *Community Cards cost 5 Yarn Cards and can be bought or spent at any time during a players turn. The Community deck is filled with action cards and secret points.

Pattern cards have both yarn and time requirements. Collect Yarn Cards from the Yarn Store and when you have the right yarn for a pattern, 'Cast-On' by placing the Pattern Card and required Yarn Card(s) on the table along with the Cast-On (time) Card. Each round thereafter advances your project by one week. When the time requirement is met, discard the yarn cards and move the pattern card to the 'Blocking Mat' as a way to keep track of your FO (finished object) points. Each player starts with 4 Cast-On cards and can have up to 4 active projects in-progress at any given time.

No previous knitting knowledge required to play. But if you are a knitter you can play this with your non-knitter friends and family to give them a peek into your fiber-y world or play with other knitters and meta game while knitting on matching patterns irl to earn extra points.
